Terms of service

1. The service

Time Meets Price is an analysis tool for TradingView. Access is given as an invite-only script, linked to your TradingView username, after your application has been reviewed and accepted. Access is personal and limited to the duration of your membership.

2. Applying and access

Applying is free and does not give you a right to access. Every application is reviewed personally, and we may accept or decline an application without giving a reason. You need your own TradingView account. Your TradingView subscription is separate from Time Meets Price, and the availability of the indicator depends on TradingView.

3. Membership and payment

Membership, payment and any free trial are handled through Whop, under the price and conditions shown there at checkout, including VAT where it applies. A paid membership renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through your Whop account. Your access then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Time Meets Price is digital content that is delivered immediately. By starting your paid membership you agree that delivery starts straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started. See also our refund policy.

5. Fair use

Your access is for your own use only. You may not:

• share your access, your account or the script with anyone else;
• copy, decompile, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the script, or try to rebuild how it works;
• publish or sell the output of the indicator as a signal service.

If you break these rules we may end your access immediately, without a refund.

6. Not financial advice

Time Meets Price does not provide financial, investment or trading advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. It does not send signals and it does not tell you when to buy or sell. Every trading decision is yours, at your own risk. Trading futures, forex and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past results, including any trades shown, say nothing about future results.

7. Liability

The indicator is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for losses that result from trading or from the use of the indicator. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your membership in the three months before the event. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and it does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Intellectual property

The indicator, the calculation behind it, the name Time Meets Price, the videos and all other content remain the property of Lumen Shade Capital. Nothing in these terms transfers any of these rights to you.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change affects your membership, we will let you know in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
